Insane memories of going here as a kid. Two Rocks was meant to be the next "satellite city" north of Perth after they got Joondalup up n going, along with Yanchep nearby. Japanese investors lured by Alan Bond chucked a ton of cash into it in the late '80s / early '90s but it was just too far from any amenities and it died in the arse. To this day, there's only one bus that goes to Two Rocks from Clarkson Train Station, it takes about 25 minutes and it runs very infrequently. Good sand dunes for 4WDing if that's your thing, and an exchange on Pipidinny Road in Eglington or Carabooda if I recall.
