Small surveillance can be done with a good remote control helicopter, fitted with a VGA camera. I managed to pick one up pretty cheap, downloads onto an SD Card.

Mines large enough to withstand mild wind turbulence. Was unaware remote control helicopters have a sexuality.

they do, that aint a rear tail shaft, the quads are female.

the quads have under belly sensors pretty cool. drones are mainly used for surveillance and not helis so i would assume quads are better? must be a stability thing

I don't use petrol powered ones for surveillance, due to the engine noise. I think we should all chip in for our own HAARP.

Make Nikola proud.

Fuck the drone, get a F-16 fighter jet that the US has made into an unmanned aircraft.

I went to the "abandoned" HAARP radar in Ukraine.

It wasn't abandoned...

You can get them off eBay even, and they can get maybe ten, twenty thousand dollars cheaper than that. There are plenty of DIY drone/drone-ish projects on the internet. It is not as if Drones aren't pretty impressive technology, worth it to people who would actually buy it, given you can control them from extremely long distances even at high altitudes. Doesn't interest me much though
